  • Should I book in advance?

Yes. All bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance. For exceptions, please call us on phone 01442 21 96 96 to confirm availability.

  • How do I pay?

Payment can be made in advance via credit and debit cards, or you can pay cash to the driver. Note that all payments made via card will attract charges of £4.

  • How much will the taxi cost?

The cost depends on the distance and the time the journey takes place.

  • Do your taxis accommodate wheelchairs?

Yes, our vehicles accommodate wheelchairs. When you are booking, make sure that you make this known in your request.

  • Can you pick up minors?

Yes, we can pick up your kid. Our drivers are qualified and experienced to handle minors. The cars we use are also maintained properly and are always clean. You can rest assured that your kids will be safe in our hands.

  • Can I hire the taxi if I live outside Hemel Hempstead?

Our taxis and minibuses operate in Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley, Bovingdon, Â Tring and surrounding areas.

  • Will I be expected to pay any extras?

Extra charges apply for Hemel Hempstead Airport Transfers to and from Luton or Stanstead Airport. This is because airport authorities charge fees for picking and dropping off. The charges are £2. Pickups from the airport are £4 extra.

  • Can I apply for a long term contract?

Yes, we welcome contracts from companies. Just fill in the contact form on our website, and we will contact within 24 hours to discuss details of the contract.

  • How do you safeguard the safety of your clients?

First, we work with drivers who are qualified, CRB checked and vetted by the local licensing authority. We also check their attitude and the ability to offer great customer service. Second, all our cars are properly maintained so as to prevent accidents.

  • Will I pay extra if we are two on a taxi?

We charge you per vehicle, not per person.

  • What happens when my flight is delayed?

We monitor flights arrival, and thus you will not be charged for delayed flights.
